Gift Cards are available in both physical and virtual form. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. Gift Cards at Jem Beauty Bar do not expire. Please keep in mind your gift card value cannot be used towards gratuity.

Cancellations
24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. Late cancellations, or No Shows may result in a 50% charge of the service amount booked. If you will be late for your appointment, please call or text with a heads up. You are allowed a 15 min grace period for late appointments. Please note that a client may be scheduled following your original appointment time which means that if we can still accommodate you, time may be taken out of your appointment.
